Yousafzai Malala

Heard of the 16 year old Pakistani schoolgirl who was shot in the head in October 2012 for speaking out about her right to education?. Her name is Yousafzai Malala (Pictured). She was invited to the UN in New York where she talked about how she represents some 57 million children around the world that are presently not going to school.

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon commemorated July 12 as Malala Day. The day is intended to represent the goal of education for all children. Malala, speaking

to the United Nations on July 12 gave a heart rendering speech about her intention to continually advocate for girl child education all over the world.

While addressing the United Nations, Malala made some interesting quotes which have been dubbed as some of the greatest quotes of 2013. Below are 10 of these quotes.
