Smile

World Smile Day is celebrated on the first Friday of October annually. This gives us three weeks to ready our smiles :). However, I subscribe to the school of thought that Smiling should be an everyday exercise and should be done as frequently as possible. This might sound impossible to some readers but truly, its possible and achievable as it has many benefits. Below is a piece by C.M Reddy. Came across it recently and really, its worth sharing.
